Rooster Soup

Does anyone know of a good recipe that calls for rooster? We have about four of them in our neighborhood and they all like to start chatting around 4:00 am. I love all creatures, but if I ever run across one of my little friends I think I'll take the opportunity to practice my drop kick!

MERCY CORPS Social Reintegration Project and Income Generation Support to Landmine Survivors: This project supports landmine survivors, other disabled individuals and families presently living in communities affected by landmines and other explosive remnants of the 1992-1995 war in north-eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ninety families are benefiting from job creation and income-generating opportunities specifically designed for the needs of each individual disabled beneficiary and their family UNIVERSITY OF TUZLA Clinic of Psychiatry and Community Mental Health Center: Psychiatric assessment, consultation and follow-up, brief psychotherapy, group programs, psychiatric rehabilitation/case management, and an injection clinic, mindfulness meditation and cognitive behavioural treatment of PTSD, family education and support, provide emergency intervention, counseling, and community support services designed to assist adult mental health clients in living as independently as possible and to provide therapeutic services for child/adolescent who are demonstrating symptoms of emotional disturbance. Working with war veterans and other severly traumatized individuals.
